Katharine Mann

I’m Katharine, owner and lead wedding planner of Katharine Mann Events located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. I have been in the wedding and event industry for eight years, and I love what I do.

I started Katharine Mann Events in 2016 when I was a junior studying Sports and Event Management at Elon University. Since 2016, I have planned and executed 200+ weddings, worked with some of the top industry leaders in our state, and made the most amazing connections with my clients! To say I am working my dream job is an understatement!

I put a lot of passion and heart behind each wedding, and my hope is my clients feel they are part of the Katharine Mann Events family.

School + Degree: Elon University with a degree in Sports and Event Management, Business Admin & Art

Passions: Art, golf, event planning, horseback riding, and gardening

Favorite things: Coffee, french fries, coffee, friends & family, my dogs, oh, and did I mention coffee??

Favorite flowers: Lisianthus in every color!!

Favorite wedding trend: Mixed tablecloth patterns, ikebana arrangements, floral print bridesmaids gowns, and I’m a big fan of upgraded reception chairs!!

Dillon Davis

Dillon began her career with Katharine Mann Events in January 2024. Dillon is extremely hard working, detail oriented and downright hilarious! When Dillon is not working with the KME team, you can find her reading a good book, spending time with her fiancé, or eating french fries with a Caesar salad. We are thrilled to have Dillon on our team, and we can’t wait for you to work with her.

School + Degree: UNC Chapel Hill, BA in Journalism & Media with a concentration in Graphic Design

Passions: Hosting, baking, organizing, giving the perfect gift, and authentic storytelling

Favorite things: Chosen community, Dr. Pepper, going to the movies, mini golf, thrifting and corn dogs

Favorite flower: Peonies

Favorite wedding trend: Vintage-inspired lambeth cakes, mesh gloves, documentary-style photography, and sustainability
